About Rich Medical Aesthetics
Meet our Nurse Practitioner and operator Jaci Rich, MSN, RN, CFNP.
Jaci is a board-certified family nurse practitioner via the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, with the ability to care for patients across the age spectrum from birth to death.
She obtained her nurse practitioner license in 2016 from South University. Prior to her NP, Jaci graduated in 2008 with her undergraduate from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor’s in Nursing.
She has worked in variety of nursing specialties such as ICU, ED, surgical services and home health throughout the duration of her career.

She is certified in PDO advanced threading techniques, fillers, Botox, Dysport, Radiesse, sclerotherapy, PRF techniques, plasma pen, microneedling and many other modalities.
Among her many qualifications Jaci also mentors and provides education to peers in the aesthetic field as a faculty member for the American Institute of Aesthetic Medicine.
Her career goals include continually expanding her knowledge base, obtaining her CANS certification and remaining up to date on cutting edge technological advances in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Makinzie Spangler recently made the move to this area from Wichita Falls, Texas, to advance my career in Aesthetics at Rich Medical Aesthetics. Concurrently, I'm supporting my fiancé as he undertakes Physical Therapy studies. My lifelong interest in beauty led me to develop a strong affinity for skincare, driving my pursuit of a career as an aesthetician. I'm excited to document my progress and expand my expertise within the aesthetics industry.

Lilly Strano is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over five years of hospital experience. She is now balancing both worlds: patient care and beauty care. Her passion for skincare and injectables (yes, I love a good Botox moment!) sparked a journey into aesthetics that she's proud to grow every day. Lilly has found real joy in helping others feel confident, refreshed, and glowing in their own skin. At Rich Medical Aesthetics, she is blending clinical expertise with beauty goals—all with heart, hustle, and a little sparkle.

Tyler Kingsberry is a licensed medical aesthetician with a real passion for skincare and helping people feel confident in their own skin. She has spent the past 8 years working with all kinds of clients, from those just starting their skincare journey to others looking for more advanced treatments like microneedling, chemical peels, or laser therapies.
Tyler’s approach is all about results and comfort. She wants patients to see real improvements while still feeling relaxed and taken care of. Tyler believes that great skin comes from a mix of science, consistency, and the right guidance, so she takes the time to really get to know each person’s skin and build a plan that fits their goals.
