About Rich Medical Aesthetics
Meet our Nurse Practitioner and operator Jaci Rich, MSN, RN, CFNP.
Jaci is a board-certified family nurse practitioner via the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, with the ability to care for patients across the age spectrum from birth to death.
She obtained her nurse practitioner license in 2016 from South University. Prior to her NP, Jaci graduated in 2008 with her undergraduate from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor’s in Nursing.
She has worked in variety of nursing specialties such as ICU, ED, surgical services and home health throughout the duration of her career.

She is certified in PDO advanced threading techniques, fillers, Botox, Dysport, Radiesse, sclerotherapy, PRF techniques, plasma pen, microneedling and many other modalities.
Among her many qualifications Jaci also mentors and provides education to peers in the aesthetic field as a faculty member for the American Institute of Aesthetic Medicine.
Her career goals include continually expanding her knowledge base, obtaining her CANS certification and remaining up to date on cutting edge technological advances in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Amanda Hogue is a Licensed Aesthetician. She has always loved skincare and make up, so it was only natural for her to pursue a career in aesthetics. She feels that every patient should love their skin and finds happiness in helping her patients achieve their goals! Amanda has over 15 years of experience with a wide range of specialties and certifications. She continues to learn and grow with the constantly improving field.
When she isn’t helping her patients, you can find her on the pitch playing soccer with her 2 kids and husband.

Makinzie Spangler recently made the move to this area from Wichita Falls, Texas, to advance my career in Aesthetics at Rich Medical Aesthetics. Concurrently, I'm supporting my fiancé as he undertakes Physical Therapy studies. My lifelong interest in beauty led me to develop a strong affinity for skincare, driving my pursuit of a career as an aesthetician. I'm excited to document my progress and expand my expertise within the aesthetics industry.
